The National Agreement - 7 Years on
This is a Statement from The National Workorce Agreement Monitoring Group Social Partnership (WAMG).
To summarise, the statement:
  • Celebrates partnership working and the impact of the National Agreement
  • Emphasises the need for the process and principles of remodelling, and the deep culture change that this promotes in schools, as pre-requisites for both raising standards still further and for ensuring that schools are ready for the challenges of the 21st Century 
  • Sets out WAMG’s priorities for the coming months

TDA Strategy for Professional Development  2009-2012 
The TDA have published a strategy for the professional development of the children’s workforce in schools. The strategy sets out their vision to embed a learning culture within, and across, all schools that maximises the potential of the school workforce and enables children and young people to achieve the best outcomes possible.  It also identifies the priorities that will underpin TDA's work in this area and over the next three years.

Following an increase in the number of enquiries about the deployment of Support Staff Kath Perrin has produced a summary of national guidance which outlines the expected good practice in the employment and deployment of teaching assistants and other school support staff in the spirit and expectations of the remodelling agenda.

Time for Standards - Transforming the workforce
Published by the National Remodelling Team in 2005 - this documents provides a summary of the National Agreement which may be useful for new Headteachers or members of the senior leadership team who were not involved in the original remodelling briefings

PPA Strategies - Good Practice: Document produced by the National Remodelling Team 2004

Deployment Training & Development of the Wider School Workforce: Ofsted report based on survey conducted to evaluate how effectively the reforms to the workforce had been implemented, including the effectiveness of the deployment, training and development of the wider workforce.
