Governors Supporting Headteachers' Well-being
This document is one of the outcomes of a DTI funded project 'Working Together To Support Headteachers', a partnership between Lancashire LA, Professional Associations (NUT, SHA and NAHT), Governors, Diocesan Authorities and headteachers. This publication suggests ways that governors can assist heads in acheiving an appropriate work/life balance and reducing the levels of stress associated with the role.
