The REAL Trust has prepared and delivered white files called ‘Guidance and Support for School CPD Leaders’. REAL Trust worked with 6 Local Authorities, sponsored by the NWLEAF, to put a brief and useful guide together for CPD Leaders.

The guide contains:

• Pro-formas to help you assess the impact of CPD and report to Governors
