A full day course for primary leaders and SENCOs to gain an understanding of the principles of adaptive teaching and how this can be utilised across school to benefit all pupils.
Further detail about Ofsted expectations of adaptive teaching and provision for pupils with SEND.
This INSET session can be delivered to both primary and secondary staff.
The key question is how can we create an approach in our classrooms and schools which is centred upon sustainable approaches which develop the internal motivation and drive of our students and not relying on endless rewards.

The new format includes one day online learning the theory followed by one day face to face practical training. This allows a knowledge of theory to be gained prior to practising
It also allows the theory session (online) to be done at your own leisure, in a place convenient for you whilst catering for differing learning styles.
