The course will be certificated through the Association of First Aiders (AoFAQ). The course will commence at 9.00am and finish at 4.00pm on each day; active participation and attendance for the whole course is a requirement for successful completion of the training. During the course of the two days there will be regular opportunity to practice CPR and recovery position.

There is a large practical element to the training, so please come suitably attired for kneeling and lying on the floor. The two days will incorporate an outdoors element, looking at situations and scenarios. It is therefore essential to come equipped with waterproofs, warm clothing and appropriate footwear – you may need to lie down on wet and muddy ground.
