Henry V – Inspirational Leadership

Henry V – Inspirational Leadership is a course that has received major acclaim with conferences and schools around the world. It uses Shakespeare’s plays to look at major educational leadership themes at every level of school life.

The use of narrative structure is designed to make the learning highly engaging and memorable to all participants. However, no previous knowledge of the play is necessary and while it is interactive, the day contains no acting or role play. It will tackle head on some of the key themes any school or classroom leader will face in trying to be a real force for lasting inspiration in their learning community.

We believe that anyone involved in the teaching, mentoring or supervision of young people is in a key leadership role, whether they are currently aware of that or not.

Henry V is the story of a leader who unites his people around a common goal, overcoming many obstacles in his path on his way to achieving a remarkable victory against significant odds.

School Leaders and teachers need to be visible. They need to communicate vision and purpose in a way that inspires their teams and truly reflects their passion and commitment with authenticity.

Participants will be introduced to the story of Shakespeare’s most inspired and inspiring leader, Henry V.
