High Quality Middle Leadership Programme Session A: Strategic vision, curriculum intent and building a Successful Team
- High Quality Middle leadership is a programme consisting of 4 twilight sessions (A – D).
- Participants can attend all 4 sessions or mix and match sessions according to their professional learning needs.
- These sessions will give participants the opportunity to reflect on their current practice and take on board practical strategies which can be implemented within their department to promote team building and raise standards.

Iridium Education
Iridium Education was founded in 2016, and since then has provided a series of high quality training courses across a wide range of topics, all of which have had glowing feedback from the course participants.
I am a practising teacher who has over 20 years’ experience in the secondary education sector, my specialist subject being science. Currently, I hold the position of Deputy Headteacher in an 11-18 school with responsibility for Quality of Education. Since being a senior leader, I have gained significant experience in leading whole school and subject specific professional development. I have completed the NPQH and been awarded a distinction in a master’s degree in educational leadership and in doing so have carried out research relating to curriculum and social justice.
