Leading through Uncertainty - Session 2 of 8
- This program has been incredibly successful in helping heads and senior leaders to have the thinking space and the tools to work proactively around their performance challenges over the course of 8 1 hour sessions over 8 weeks.
The program is built around the Spotlight Profile which is a personality tool which helps us to understand our preferences so that we can maximise our strengths and develop our adaptability. It gives us a thinking framework and common language by which to approach performance challenges.
Through the course of the 8 weeks we will help you to: maximise your strengths; recognise when your strengths are becoming your weakness; increase your adaptability; improve your decision making; have practical tools to grow your resilience; framing/reframing problems so that you can solve them more efficiently; growing the cognitive diversity within your team, and enhancing psychological safety.
This is a truly unique program and opportunity whereby you’ll be able to learn from one another as much as the content we share. They will also be recorded to help give you maximum flexibility. It is hoped that the 1 hour nature of this will help many people to attend and the fact that you will go on a journey over the course of these sessions will enable everyone to grow together. Spotlight is a tool that stays out of the drawer and will be something you can lean on in both your personal and professional lives.
