This session is only available to those delegates who have completed the 6 ELSA training days and wish to maintain their ELSA status.
ELSA trained staff are working with some of the most vulnerable and sometimes challenging young people in our schools.
It is essential that ELSAs continue to receive specialised professional support that enables them to reflect on the quality and appropriateness of the assistance they are offering.

Audience: Aspiring, new and existing middle leaders
High Quality Middle leadership is a programme consisting of 4 twilight sessions.
Participants can attend all 4 sessions or mix and match sessions according to their professional learning needs.
These sessions will give participants the opportunity to reflect on their current practice and take on board practical strategies which can be implemented within their department to promote team building and raise standards.
