Safina Nadeem, North West Employers Associate

Safina Nadeem is a highly skilled, experienced and qualified Leadership & Inclusion consultant, with over 20 years of experience in a broad range of sectors. She has extensive experience in the design, delivery and management of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion policies, strategies and large scale organisational change programmes. Her specialist knowledge and expertise is working in collaboration to provide long term strategic solutions around Equality, Diversity and Inclusion alongside developing leadership and culture within organisations.

Safina holds a Masters Degree in Promoting Equality and Managing Diversity and is deeply passionate about embedding EDI into organisational systems and processes, encouraging it to be seen as ‘business as usual’. She has recently been recognised in the Northern Power Women Future List 2018, which highlights influencers, leaders and change makers of the future
