Secondary Art Subject Leader Group

• This will be during Hollingworth’s GCSE exhibition and you will have opportunity to view pupils’ work
• Focus: Improving GCSE performance

Attendees should bring:

1. Recent GCSE results data including breakdown into specific subgroups.
2. Examples of current approach to teaching the specification i.e. a typical coursework project.
3. A camera.

Attendees should be prepared to share:

1. Results analysis – strengths and weaknesses of current and past performance.
2. Aims/plans for the future.
3. Examples of students work and effective classroom practice.
