Dean Coady OBE, MD Urban Pure Solutions

My name is Dean Coady OBE.

I am a former Parachute Regiment Soldier and retired front-line police officer. I have served in many different departments in Greater Manchester Police, including Organised Crime, Counter-terrorism, CID, Special Operations, Murder Squad and Gang Unit based in Moss Side. Prior to my retirement, I was one of the highest decorated and commended Detectives in the UK, receiving an OBE from the Queen. I am now an independent Training Consultant and have been 'around' gangs and associated crime for a very long time!

I have been delivering County Lines training for over two years now, to both young learners and the adults that support them.

I have previously been commissioned to deliver this training by various agencies; the Home Office, Manchester City in the Community, The Manchester College, Police and Crime Commissioners Departments across the UK, Social Workers, YOS/YOT, The Children's society and numerous schools and colleges.

“Some people will spend their lives in the pursuit of perfection, an aim that is rarely achieved. I might not be able to deliver perfection, but by the end of a days training, I guarantee that I will deliver ‘Progress.’
