Advanced Mentoring and Coaching Level 2 Training -NASBTT accredited - Session 4 of 4
- NASBTT-accredited course, suitable for mentors with at least 2 years’ experience of supporting Initial Teacher Trainees or Newly Qualified Teachers.
- This programme has been designed by NASBTT and is tailor-made for colleagues working in school settings across all age ranges.
- Participants will enhance their skills as a coach and mentor, preparing them to work with larger groups of colleagues, perhaps as a lead tutor, ITT/NQT mentor of senior coach.
Mentors will gain a nationally recognised qualification: ‘Level 2 Advanced Mentoring and Coaching’ which is accredited by The National Association of School-Based Teacher Trainers (NASBTT). This will enable delegates and their schools to support their trainees and Newly Qualified Teachers as part of the Early Career Framework (ECF).
Commitment: Attendance at all 4 x 2hr twilight sessions is necessary to gain accreditation.
Note: There is no requirement for participants to have completed the Level 1 course, prior to completing Level 2.
