Ghulam Rasul Shahzad OBE JP
Ghulam Rasul Shahzad has been a Magistrate since 1993 and a member of the Magistrates in the community for more than 15 years. He has been an Appraisers of Magistrates in Greater Manchester and used to do the cross bench appraisals.
He has been on the Panel of Crown Court Judges for three years and used to sit on Appeal in Bolton Crown Court and Minshul Crown Court.and was also elected as Training Officer in 2014 and re-elected as Magistrates Training Officer and won the national award in 2015.
