This course is designed for subject Leaders and senior leaders
We take delegates through both the methodology of a deep dive on inspection, as well as a practical approach to planning, timetabling and delivering a deep dive in your school in science.
Leaders will feel confident in how to approach a deep dive in science and with a ‘Job Done’- this being all the planning and organisation around a deep dive (and other forms of monitoring) having been completed, ready to conduct a deep dive
This session is only available to those delegates who have completed the 6 ELSA training days and wish to maintain their ELSA status.
ELSA trained staff are working with some of the most vulnerable and sometimes challenging young people in our schools.
It is essential that ELSAs continue to receive specialised professional support that enables them to reflect on the quality and appropriateness of the assistance they are offering.
