Coaching is a powerful lever for unleashing potential, a tool for unlocking performance and a positive approach to change. Many organisations, researchers and leaders have identified coaching capability as a critical competency for developing people's skills and abilities. It can also help deal with issues and challenges before they become major problems.

This practical, workshop based programme consists of three twilight sessions in which you will :

  • develop your understanding of the use of coaching;
  • develop and practise key coaching skills within a mutually supportive and self-challenging setting;
  • integrate your coaching skills within a structured change management framework.

    Delegates must attend all three twilight sessions:

  • Session 1 – Thursday 26th April 2018
