How to register

If your school is a member of the Trust then you can register for an account with us. You can do this by following the link below. Once you have filled out the required information and selected your member school your schools CPD coordinator will have to approve the account, a notification will be sent to them to inform them of the new account.

If your school isn't a member and you want to book on to one of our sessions you can follow the same procedure as above only select 'External Delegate' as your school. The booking will have to be approved by the REAL Trust team and we will send an invoice out after accepting the booking.

Having problems logging in?

If you have forgotten your username of password you can use password recovery, click the forgotten username or password  and enter your email address. The system will send you an email with a one-time login which will prompt you to enter a new password.

What if I am unable to make it to the course?

This is fine, as long as you let us know before the course is due to start, preferably via email, then you will avoid any non-attendance fee charges. For external delegates’ cancellations up to 3 days before will incur the non-attendance fee.

You can also cancel the course yourself by logging in to your account on your mobile and cancelling the course on your Dashboard (this will be the first screen when you log in).

Is there parking available?

Parking is available here at the Basement Training Suite, once you arrive you will have to press the buzzer at the barrier and tell security that you are here for a REAL Trust course. If the event is at a different venue then you will have to check with the venue.

I booked online, has my booking gone through?

You should receive a confirmation email when you make your booking, for information bookings need approval from either your schools CPD coordinator for members or the REAL Trust Team for External Delegates. If you have not received a confirmation after a few days and don't know who your CPD Coordinator is in your school please contact us on 01706 926708. It may also be worth checking your junk folder in your emails.
