Leader in Me & The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People – Introductory session

This course is for all Headteachers in Rochdale schools who would like to understand how this transformational programme works as well as the benefits for staff, students and parents.
The Leader in Me is a global award winning social emotional learning programme designed to build resilience and leadership in students, create a high-trust culture, improve wellbeing and help improve academic achievement in schools.
Core to the programme, is The 7 Habits of Highly Effective people principles.
In this introductory session you will learn about The 7 Habits and the Leader in Me programme as well as how to apply Habit 1

Participants can look forward to:

- How to enable students from a high deprivation background to become change agents in their own lives

- How LiM can enable an increase in attendance

- How to embed leadership at all levels within your school and community

- How students are increasing their ability to self-regulate

- Training on Habit 1 and how to apply this skill in everyday life

- How LiM can support staff and student wellbeing
