This single session is for leaders at all levels and in all phases in both mainstream and special education who have responsibility for the development of colleagues and who wish to revisit and extend their coaching skills.
The session will re-visit the key principles of a change management framework for coaching and its relevant skills. It is a practical workshop aimed at deepening your effectiveness through your use of a coaching model, questioning, and responding skills at a more advanced level.
The workshop builds on the three session Coaching Skills Programme run by Sue Cross but is also appropriate for anyone who has had alternative coaching skills training in the past.
