Kate Hinchliffe, Director of Impact First
Kate is the Director of Impact First, which was formed in 2010. With a career spanning over 30 years, she has held leadership positions across many organisations. Kate is passionate about developing management and leadership capacity and capability and speaks at conferences (nationally and internationally), delivers interactive and engaging workshops, is a business mentor and associate lecturer at Newcastle Business School. She works extensively with Serco to deliver a range of qualifications for school staff including Level 4 and Level 5 diplomas in business management.

By Road: The Rochdale campus is 2.6 miles from junction 20 off the M62. Follow the signs for Rochdale town centre
By Rail: Rochdale train station is a ten minute walk from the Rochdale Campus through the town centre. It is also a Metrolink station, Manchester’s light railway system, which links Rochdale with Oldham, Bury and Manchester City Centre.
By Bus: The Rochdale bus station is approximately 5 minutes’ walk from the Rochdale campus. There are frequent bus services throughout the borough which terminate in Rochdale.
