An Insight to Inspection: What can Primary NQTs expect when Ofsted calls - CANCELLED
- Newly qualified teachers will feel the pressure of an Ofsted inspection, probably more than their more experienced colleagues. This workshop will aim to allay their fears.
It will provide participants with an opportunity to consider the activities that inspectors undertake when preparing to inspect a school and the evidence they collect to arrive at their judgements. The course will seek to dispel the myths that have grown up around school inspection so that participants can approach the process with confidence
