Charlotte Mitchell is the Assistant Director for Integration and Health within Rochdale Local Authority. She has directorate responsibility for commissioning, sufficiency, SEND transformation, and system service design and implementation.  She is an experienced systems leader with demonstrable success in improvement, a strong moral purpose, and a passion for championing children and young people and their outcomes.
