The course explores what to do if there is an allegation against a member of staff or volunteer who is working with children & young people

This training is appropriate for senior & operational managers who manage staff or volunteers working or volunteering with children & young people.

• Use the appropriate Initial Contact & referral forms when dealing with concerns / allegations.

• Explore the process of making referrals & Allegation Management Strategy Meetings.

• Develop an understanding of the Rochdale Safeguarding Children Board procedures & Allegations Management guidance.
