- Audience: Heads, Chair of Governors, Senior Leads, Directors and Senior Nominated Officers
- An understanding of the Allegations Management process, it will enable and empower employers and organisations to manage allegations, ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect staff and the children they work with
Audience: Heads, Chair of Governors, Senior Leads, Directors and Senior Nominated Officers within organisations who work with children and Young people, this includes HR reps who are expected to undertake investigations against and related to staff who work with children.
The training provides you with an understanding of the Allegations Management process, it will enable and empower employers and organisations to manage allegations, ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect staff and the children they work with.
The training will also provide any updates to the allegations management process both nationally and locally.
