Building a high performance team - DATE CHANGED FROM 22.03.24 TO 24.05.24
— Leadership & Management
We take an approach to building high performance teams that is based around the principle that if we can strengthen the relationships as a starting point, when that pressure kicks in, people are more likely to assume positive intent.
We know that high performance teams are built on a foundation of trust and "psychological safety".
We will explore strategies which help create this, given the current climate of change and ever-changing goalposts.
When psychological safety is in place, teams are able to leverage the cognitive diversity that exists within the team that enables them to problem solve more effectively.
