New School Transition for pupils with ASC ready for September

This session is designed to help school staff who support pupils to transition to a new school (mainly Yr6 to Yr7 and Yr11 – college).
We have brought this session earlier this year to allow staff time go plan their own program ahead of the traditional transition period.
At this session we will share resources we have created for you to implement a thorough transition plan for all your pupils (which can also be used with pupils without an ASC diagnosis).
