Teaching Assistants Development Programme - 2/6 - Adaptive Practices
- This development programme specifically designed for Teaching Assistants will run throughout the year and consist of 6 sessions. TA’s can attend all or a selection of these sessions.
- This session equips Teaching Assistants with the skills to effectively adapt learning materials and environments.
- Moving beyond simple differentiation, we will explore evidence-based adaptive teaching strategies that promote independence rather than over-reliance.
- TAs will leave with a toolkit of practical adjustments to support diverse learning needs within the mainstream classroom.
