Teaching Assistants Development Programme - 3/6 - Visual Communication
- This development programme specifically designed for Teaching Assistants will run throughout the year and consist of 6 sessions. TA’s can attend all or a selection of these sessions.
- This practical session explores the power of visual communication in supporting all learners, particularly those with SEND or EAL.
- TAs will learn how to create and implement effective visual timetables, now/next boards, and task planners.
- The course emphasizes evidence-based approaches to reduce cognitive load and anxiety, helping pupils navigate their school day with greater independence.
