This session helps governors understand not only how important their visits are in getting to know their school but also how their visits can be structured and hence how they can add value and impact to their governance
This session is only available to those delegates who have completed the 6 ELSA training days and wish to maintain their ELSA status.
ELSA trained staff are working with some of the most vulnerable and sometimes challenging young people in our schools.
It is essential that ELSAs continue to receive specialised professional support that enables them to reflect on the quality and appropriateness of the assistance they are offering.
