This training session is designed to help participants develop a deeper understanding of why accessibility and inclusivity are essential for individuals with additional needs and disabilities. It explores the barriers - both visible and hidden - that can limit access, participation, and a sense of belonging, and provides practical guidance on how to create environments that are welcoming and inclusive for all.
Through real-life examples, interactive discussions, and reflective activities, participants will gain insight into how inclusive practices not only benefit those with additional needs, but improve experiences for everyone.
