We take delegates through both the methodology of a deep dive on inspection, as well as a practical approach to planning, timetabling and delivering a deep dive in your school in DT.
Leaders will leave feeling confident in how to approach a deep dive in DT and with a ‘Job Done’- this being all the planning and organisation around a deep dive (and other forms of monitoring) having been completed, ready to conduct a deep dive
The training is a 1 full day course offered by The Proud Trust that will encourage practitioners to become more LGBT+ inclusive (lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, plus other related identities)

There will be 2 initial half days of training provided by the Educational Psychology Service (19th Sept and 10th Oct)
These will be followed by half termly network workshops, involving outside speakers, to support school leaders to embed the trauma-informed principles into their school systems, policies and approaches.

Turning on the Learning Brain - Improving Behaviour for Learning

This course seeks to look at better understanding of challenging behaviour alongside some practical strategies to manage in-the-moment conflict and prevention, to improve the quality of learning in the classroom.
It will give some practical, verbal, and non-verbal tools to de-escalate those conflict situations that arise, but more importantly how to prevent children’s learning brains going off-line.

This session looks at the theory and practice of leading great teams and how you can apply learning from elite sport, business and education to your school's context to maximise the potential of your staff team.
